Iron City Epoxy did a terrific job on my garage floor.  Mike promptly came by to provide an estimate.  The price was very good compared to other companies.    Mike’s team members, Brian and Junior, did a very professional, neat and thorough job sanding, repairing cracks and installing the new floor.   The floor looks great. I had a garage project that was dependent on our driveway being done and was a bit of a moving target, but Mike was very flexible and I'm very glad we went with Iron City for this project. Mike was awesome! Very flexible and easy to work with. We got our garage and basement concrete floors polished and sealed. He also filled and sealed all the preexisting cracks. Mike really cares about the quality of his work and is very detail oriented. Let me preface this review that I’m extremely “type A” and I do remodeling and construction and have an eye for detail. With that being said, I’m not an easy sell !   I can be difficult. I’m a believe it when I see it kind of guy ! I met with all the big names in the business and I felt most comfortable with Mike.  He’s genuinely interested in doing a GREAT job rather than viewing it just as a payday.  Additionally his price was the best!  My job just finished and it looks amazing !
